ICAN’s Inclusive Halloween Festival Returns to Torrance October 25
Free community event celebrates inclusion with games, shows, and fun for all ages
Torrance, CA, ICAN California Abilities Network (ICAN) is thrilled to announce the return of its annual Halloween Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 12 PM to 4 PM at SCROC (2300 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90501)
This free, family-friendly event invites individuals with disabilities, their families, and the community to celebrate the Halloween season in an inclusive and accessible environment. Guests can expect an afternoon filled with festive games, live shows, crafts, jumpers, and more.
“This festival is one of our favorite days of the year,” said Scott Elliott, Executive Director of ICAN. “It’s a day where everyone, regardless of ability, gets to experience the fun, laughter, and connection that make our community so special.”
In addition to the main attractions, guests will enjoy a magician, petting zoo, music, food vendors, bracelet making, LEGO building, coloring stations, and more. Costumes are encouraged (but not required).
Admission is free, and tickets are available now at ICAN.org/halloween.
ICAN is also accepting candy donations and volunteer support to help make the event a success. Donations can be dropped off at ICAN Torrance, Redondo Beach, or Long Beach locations, or participants can host a candy drive in their community through October 22, 2025.
