🌟 First day of Diversity and Inclusion Club! 🌟
We kicked off this exciting new journey by diving into the meaning behind diversity and inclusion. Understanding these words is the first step toward empowering independence, building social connections, and boosting confidence. 💬✨
Throughout this club, participants will explore how ICAN lives out these values and how they can apply them to their own lives. Here`s to learning, growing, and celebrating what makes us unique—together! 💙🌎
🏟️ This weekend, ICAN’s Social Program had an unforgettable experience touring SoFi Stadium! 🏈✨
Highlights included running through the tunnel onto the field like champions, tossing the football on the sidelines, and most importantly, the joy of experiencing it all while making and deepening friendships. 💙

🎨✨ The Album Art Club wrapped up December with a Swift-tacular tribute to Taylor Swift’s 1989! Whether you’re a Swiftie or just appreciate great music, we couldn’t ignore the incredible influence Taylor has had on the music industry and pop culture.
Our artists took inspiration from the iconic album to collaborate on their own visual masterpieces, and we’re obsessed with how they captured the essence of 1989! 😍

💥 HULK PHOTO SMASH! 💚 Long Beach`s Local Explorer Club struck their best poses with the one and only Hulk at Downtown Disney! 💪✨ At ICAN, every day is an adventure full of laughter, connection, and moments worth capturing. 😄📸
🎸 Rock On with the ICAN Guitar Club! 🎸
Last month, our Guitar Club at ICAN Redondo crafted a fully functional electric guitar from scratch! From sanding and varnishing to wiring and tuning, Danny, Janice, Jason, Joe, Kyle, Sylvia, and their coach Jeanie brought this incredible project to life with precision, creativity, and teamwork.

This year, we’ve had the honor of serving so many incredible clients across our programs:
✨ 48 clients in the Redondo Life Skills Program
✨ 252 Partial Work Program clients at our Long Beach and Torrance sites
✨ 126 social program clients
✨ 246 Supported Employment clients
That’s a 15% increase from last year, and we’re so excited to see what 2025 has in store!
