Shoutout to Kayla! 🙌 This Cal State Long Beach student intern volunteer has been an absolute standout with the ICAN Social Program, bringing heart, professionalism, and reliability every single time she walks through the door. We are so lucky to have her in our corner. Thank you, Kayla!

This is what ICAN looks like in person 🌿 Last year’s Garden Party brought together the people who believe in this community, and on June 13 we’re doing it again. Come experience the mission, celebrate how far we’ve come, and help support what’s ahead.

Shoutout to AJ! 🌟 He's been putting in the work to connect with his Deaf peers through American Sign Language and written communication, and his commitment to learning and inclusivity is something worth celebrating. Keep going, AJ, we see you! 💙
Meet Madison W. 🐾

When Madison joined our Partial Work Program, she came in knowing exactly what she wanted: greater independence and a career working with animals. What followed was a journey of growth she built step by step, developing her confidence, stepping into leadership, and making real moves toward the future she envisioned.

Today, Madison is enrolled at California Healing Arts College, training to become a veterinary technician. She showed up for herself every single day, and it shows.

Stories like Madison’s are exactly why we’re so excited for our 5th Annual Garden Party on June 13. It’s an afternoon that celebrates the growth of our clients, our programs, and the opportunities still ahead, and every ticket helps make more of those stories possible.
