ICAN is a nonprofit organization that provides quality employment, life skills, and social programs for Southern California’s adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities. We have locations in Torrance, Long Beach, and Redondo Beach, California.

Supported Employment

Our supported Employment Program provides Job Preparation Training. Job development, Interview Assistance and Job Coaching services.

Our Partial Work Program provides employment skill training and work opportunities, social development, fit and healthy living, community integration and more.

The goal of our Social Program is to form friendship in an environment that is fun, safe and leaves a lasting impression, Our events range from Movie Days, Saturday Programs, Summer Camps, Theme Park days and more.

Marketplace

We believe in creating jobs for our clients with developmental disabilities. They are capable of work but not always given the opportunity to learn in a supported work environment. Our businesses include a Coffee Cart and a Creative Studio Store.
