It’s that time of year again, and summer camp is right around the corner.
ICAN Summer Camp is a weeklong away camp, and this year nearly 200 people will join us across our July and August sessions. All our campers need to bring is a suitcase and a good attitude. We provide everything else.

At ICAN, we love being a place where clients learn, try new things, and step into new opportunities. But the growth is only half the story. The other half is who you grow with.
Every new skill, every milestone, every memory, it`s all made together. And the friendships built along the way are made to last, long after the day is done.
We`re invested in the moments our clients share. But even more, we`re invested in their lives. And watching the impact they have on each other? That`s everything.

Before you ask, these are octopuses and not spiders. 🐙
During Ceramics Club this week, while one project was drying, our clients kept the creativity flowing and made these adorable little beaded octopuses. They picked their colors, strung every bead, and brought each one to life.
The best part might be the proud smiles when it was time to show them off. Swipe through to see the crew and their eight legged creations.

That`s right, the ICAN Coffee Trailer isn`t just about coffee anymore. Will we be warming up breakfast sandwiches? Toasting the perfect pastry? Something else entirely? You`ll just have to visit us to find out. 👀
What we can tell you is that this oven opens up a whole new world of possibilities for our team, and none of it would be possible without the ongoing support of Supervisor Hahn. We are so grateful! 🙌 ✨

A huge thank you to the incredible volunteers from @eaton_corp who spent the day with our clients at Wilson Park! While Torrance was busy prepping for the Garden Party, this crew brought all the good energy, playing games, sharing laughs, and making memories that will stick around long after the field goes quiet.
Days like this are what community looks like.
And here`s the thing about volunteering with ICAN: you don`t have to do it solo. Grab your coworkers, round up your friends, and come join the fun. We`ve always got activities waiting for a group ready to jump in.
