💖 What a day 💖
Today was our Valentine’s Bingo event at ICAN Redondo and it was an absolute blast. From the laughs and friendly competition to the joy of seeing our community come together, this event was full of fun, connection, and Valentine’s spirit.
We loved watching everyone get into the game (and yes, the competition was real 👀), and we’re so grateful for everyone who joined us to celebrate Redondo, celebrate love, and support an amazing program.

Valentine’s Bingo at ICAN Redondo is almost here, and we can’t wait to celebrate together. This joyful afternoon will be filled with Bingo, prizes, Valentine’s fun, and meaningful connection as we come together to celebrate our Redondo community and support an incredible program.
It’s the perfect way to spend Valentine’s season playing games, sharing laughs, and raising funds that directly support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our Local Explorer crew soaked up the afternoon at Santa Monica Pier, enjoying the views, the breeze, and the simple joy of exploring together. Days like this are all about connection, confidence, and discovering the beauty right in our own backyard.
January Winter Camp may not have brought the snow, but it brought all the fun ❄️💙
From making new friends to unforgettable adventures, our crew packed the weekend with bowling, tubing, adaptive skiing, ziplining, dance parties, and so much more. Proof that the best memories aren’t made by the weather, they’re made by the people.
We’re already counting down the days until February Winter Camp… let’s do it all over again ⛄️✨

Happy Birthday to our very own Job Development Supervisor, Mike Karle 🎉🎂
Not only is today Mike’s birthday, fun fact he is ICAN’s very first employee ever. Talk about OG status.
We asked a longtime ICAN teammate to share a few words, and Chris H. nailed it.
“He’s dedicated a significant portion of his career years to serving the special needs community. He is devoted to the clients he serves, offering honesty, transparency, and kindness. Not only is he an awesome job developer & lead, he is one of the raddest drummers and golfers. He brings the same energy from his hobbies into his career, which absolutely increases the chances of his clients getting jobs. He has a passion for coffee and his pups, and is a stand up husband. Mike is a solid dude who truly cares for others.”
