Our clients stepped into the Toyota Parts Distribution Center this week and got a front-row look at how car parts move from warehouse to road. They explored the facility in action, asked questions, and learned directly from the Toyota staff who keep it all running. Moments like these open doors to new interests, new skills, and new possibilities. A huge thank you to the team at Toyota for welcoming our clients and sharing their world. Nearly 100 guests joined us for ICAN`s 2nd Annual TopGolf Classic!
What a night. It was full of golf, friendly competition, great food and drinks, raffle prizes, and our Closest to the Pin challenge. We loved watching so many ICAN supporters, community partners, friends, and families come together to enjoy the evening.
A huge thank you to our sponsors, donors, attendees, volunteers, and staff who made it all possible. Because of you, the night was everything we hoped it would be, and then some.
We`re so grateful to everyone who came out, and we cannot wait to do it all again next year!
From drab to dazzling. 🎨 A huge thank you to @nclmbhb for making ICAN Torrance a little brighter.
National Charity League Manhattan-Hermosa has long been part of the ICAN community, bringing volunteers to our Social Program and lending a hand at events (decorating, prepping, running, cleaning up, and so much more). This year, they took it a step further and chose ICAN as the philanthropy for their 2026 Senior Capstone Project.
Each graduating class of NCL seniors partners with a community organization on a culminating project, and these seniors came to us asking how they could help. After working with our team, they set their sights on the storage container at our Torrance site, the one that holds all the chairs and tables for our events. They designed it, planned it, and spent two weekend mornings in the hot El Niño sun bringing it to life.
The result is a mural that brings sunshine and smiles to everyone who walks by, and a lasting mark of what @nclmbhb means to this community. Thank you, ladies. 💙
