Competitive or casual. Fast paced or walk and talk.

The LA5K with Team ICAN can be whatever you want it to be.

Never run a 5K before? No stress.

Just want to stroll and enjoy the morning? Perfect.

Want to push your pace a little? Go for it.

You can participate solo, with a friend, or like our Long Beach Social Program Client Manager Becca, bring the whole family and make it a morning out together.
On March 7, we’re heading to Dodger Stadium to walk, run, or roll in support of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each participant commits to a $200 fundraising goal, and our team will help you get there.

Behind the scenes of something special 🎭✨

Our performers are putting in the work… rehearsing lines, practicing songs, fine tuning every moment and sharing what they love most about ICAN Theater. From building confidence to making lifelong friendships, this program is so much more than a performance.

And when you hear what they are most excited about for From Screen to Stage… it will make you want a front row seat.

Come experience the music, the joy, the laughter, and the hard work paying off on stage.

🎬 March 20, 2026🎟 Tickets are $10⏰ 6:30 PM | Doors open at 5:30 PM📍 Kings Harbor Church, Torrance

Inspired by the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean, our Art by the Beach club turned creativity into coastline magic 🌊🎨

There’s something about fresh air, crashing waves, and good friends that brings out the best in our artists. From brush strokes to bold ideas, our clients captured the beauty right in front of them and made it their own.

This is what happens when opportunity meets inspiration. 💙
Let’s hear it for Andy 🔥👨‍🍳

He’s been absolutely crushing it in Cooking Club! From independently tracking down ingredients to confidently completing recipe steps and cheering on his peers, Andy is stepping up in a big way.

The confidence. The initiative. The growth.

Now that’s what we call a recipe for success 👏💥
