We were so honored to be invited by @carrcub to speak with students at Carr Elementary (@carrcub) during Developmental Disability Awareness Month.
A few of our ICAN friends shared powerful speeches about what developmental disabilities can look like, why inclusion matters, and how we can build a community where everyone is seen, valued, and supported.
We are so proud of Jadon, Riley, and Justine for speaking and grateful for the opportunity to help create more awareness and understanding. Thank you, Carr Elementary, for having us.

We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ICAN team in Long Beach.
If you or someone you know is passionate about supporting adults with disabilities through meaningful, person-centered care and helping individuals grow in independence, community connection, and opportunity, we’d love to connect.
And even if you’re not a BCBA looking for work, you may know someone who is. Share this post with them or repost it to your stories to help us get the word out.

Today is World Down Syndrome Day
A global celebration of inclusion, awareness, and the unique contributions of individuals with Down syndrome.

Let’s hear it for Darren 👏
Darren recently started a new role as a Grounds Maintenance Worker at Harbor Park Golf Course, and it’s the perfect fit. As someone who loves golf, he takes pride in helping create a great experience for others out on the course.
We’re excited to see him grow and thrive in this new opportunity ⛳️
Our 2025 Impact Report is here 🙌
