We’ve had an incredible week at ICAN thanks to the amazing students from @ambassadorchristian_ who joined us for their Missions Week!
It’s been so fun watching them jump right into everything, from Zumba and kickball to crafting and so many other activities alongside our clients. Their energy, kindness, and willingness to get involved made a huge impact and created so many great moments throughout the week.
We’ve truly loved having these students with us and are so grateful for the way they showed up, connected, and brought so much joy to our programs. Thank you @ambassadorchristian_ for spending your week with us!

There’s been a lot of fun happening at ICAN this week thanks to the amazing students from @ambassadorchristian_ who are volunteering with us for their Missions Week!
They’ve already jumped into so many activities with our clients over the past couple days, but this moment was too special not to share. Our friend Andy was locked in, working hard to drain a free throw while a whole crew from Ambassador stood behind him cheering him on. And the second that shot finally swished… everyone went absolutely nuts! The cheers, the excitement, the celebration. It was pure joy.
Moments like this are what community looks like.

What an incredible day at the Social Recreation Resource Fair in Long Beach!
Hosted at AR&C, this event brought together 30 incredible vendors and welcomed over 230 attendees from our community. Families and individuals with disabilities had the opportunity to connect with organizations offering social recreation services that help people build friendships, explore new interests, and stay engaged in their communities.
Events like this remind us how powerful it is when a community comes together to share resources, raise awareness, and create more opportunities for individuals with disabilities to thrive.
Thank you to all the vendors, families, and community partners who made this day so special. We loved seeing so many new connections being made. 💙
